Refund and Returns Policy

At Vimons.in, we aim to provide high-quality clothing and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully.

1. No Cancellation after Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed and payment is made, it cannot be cancelled as we start processing immediately.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchange requests only in the following cases:

• You received a defective or damaged product.

• You received the wrong size or item.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.

• You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery via support@vimons.in with photos/videos as proof.

• Once approved, you can return the item for an exchange or store credit.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale, discounted, or clearance items

• Customized or altered products

• Innerwear and accessories

4. Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds.
If approved, customers may receive store credit or replacement only.

5. Return Shipping

Customers must bear return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or wrong.
