Welcome to Vimons.in. We aim to deliver your favorite clothing items quickly and safely to your doorstep. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next working day.
During festive seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer due to high demand.

2. Shipping Partners

We work with reputed courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and India Post to ensure reliable and timely delivery across India.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations or unforeseen conditions (weather, strikes, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹59–₹99 may apply (depending on location and weight).
Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
You can track your order status anytime using the provided tracking link.

6. Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are correct.
Vimons.in will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

In rare cases of delay or lost shipment:

We will coordinate with the courier partner to locate your package.
If untraceable within 10 working days, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit as per our discretion.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD may be available on select pincodes.
Repeated refusal or fake orders may lead to blocking of COD service for that customer.
For safety reasons, COD orders are not eligible for “open delivery”.
